1. Overview of services

Plentitude Art Market is an online marketplace where Artists list original artwork, photography, three-dimensional work, and related items for sale. We provide discovery, checkout, order coordination, and related tools. Physical fulfillment is coordinated through Plentitude Art Market in the Greenwood, Indiana area unless otherwise stated on the listing or order. Payment processing is performed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

• Secure checkout and order confirmation for Customers.
• Artist profiles, listings, and subscription plans (including free Choice and paid Professional tiers).
• Listing review and moderation to help maintain catalog quality and compliance with our standards.
• Coordination of pickup or delivery for physical orders as described at checkout and in order communications.
• Stripe Connect payouts to Artists in accordance with order status, marketplace rules, and Stripe requirements.
• Where applicable, secure delivery of eligible digital download items after successful payment.

For paid Professional subscriptions, Plentitude may contribute a small recurring charitable donation as described on the site at the time of enrollment. Benefits, limits, and fees for each plan are shown in the artist subscription area and may change with notice as described in these terms.

2. Appointment of agent (Artists)

Artists appoint Plentitude Art Market as a non-exclusive marketing and sales channel for the items they publish on the platform, subject to these terms and any listing-specific settings we make available. Artists remain responsible for the accuracy of listings, lawful possession of items offered for sale, and timely cooperation with fulfillment instructions we provide after a sale.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or fail to complete required verification (including Stripe Connect onboarding where applicable).

4. Listings, pricing, and reviews

Artists must describe items truthfully, including dimensions, medium, condition, and delivery type. We may place listings into review, require changes, or remove content that violates law, infringes rights, or harms the community. Published prices must include any taxes or fees we are required to present at checkout. Promotional pricing or discounts must be honored when displayed at purchase time.

5. Orders, fulfillment, and risk

When you place an order, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass as stated in your order confirmation and coordinated pickup/delivery process. Artists must prepare sold physical works for handoff to Plentitude Art Market when instructed. Customers must respond to coordination messages in a reasonable timeframe.

6. Payments, fees, and payouts

Marketplace fees and commissions depend on the Artist's subscription plan and any account-level commission settings displayed to the Artist in the dashboard. Stripe handles payment capture, refunds, and Connect payouts according to its agreements with you. Payout timing may depend on order status (for example, after delivery is confirmed and administrative release where applicable) and Stripe settlement schedules.

7. Returns and refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or materially incorrect item, contact us promptly through Support & Resources with photos and your order number so we can review the situation and coordinate any eligible refund through Stripe.

8. Conduct and prohibited uses

You will not use the marketplace for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, or to circumvent fees. You will not attempt to access non-public areas, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, or interfere with other users' experience. We may use human-verification challenges (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) on certain forms; you agree not to circumvent or misuse those controls. Repeated abuse may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual property

Artists represent they have rights to list and sell their works. Plentitude Art Market retains rights in its brand, site design, and platform code. Unauthorised use of our marks or content is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or your use of the marketplace is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless we are required to obtain additional consent under applicable law.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts in Johnson County or the Southern District of Indiana (where jurisdiction exists) have exclusive venue for disputes, unless a different forum is required by a consumer protection law that applies to you.
